Established in 2008, Visible At Night is a trio Fusion band based in Philadelphia, PA.
The three members are:
Guitar: Dave Weiner (Steve Vai band, solo artist),
Drums: Mike Kernicky (Countdown to Ecstasy, Rob Balducci Band)
Bass: Rob Smith (Disciples of Groove, Zeroesque, The Endless March)
V@N’s music is a mix of Jazz, Funk, Blues, Rock and more.
From the start, the band‘s identity has been steeped in improvisation. The purpose is simple: write fun, challenging music but be inspired by what the moment brings to organically alter and explore. This improv-based culture breeds fresh versions of V@N’s music on a gig-to-gig basis and keeps their fans excited to attend shows and hear what happens!
